Professional Experience
Completing all types of IT projects and business tasks. Sometimes recruiting and leading a team of several IT professionals to implement innovative solutions, enhancing system efficiency and functionality. Working on: Data Servers, Security Camera Systems and now starting to help with Cyber Security.
Data Center tasks: including server cabinets build and install, cable surveys, repairs, etc. Managed cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, resulting in a continual increase in client satisfaction.
Internal help desk leadership at first, but quickly promoted to help facilitate the development and maintenance of software applications, running a team of 35 to operate the servers and databases used for testing an deployment.
